malware, and how they relate to our customers, and what the general
public wants and needs from a service company.
Same-Day
& 24-hour Services
To better serve your computer
repair needs, we offer to our customers Free
Same Day Diagnostic check. The Free Same Day Diagnostic
will determined the cause of the problems along with all costs
(including parts) within 24 hours of receipt of the machine. Once
we receive the go ahead and have approval to proceed we can usually
repair the machine within one working day.
There may however be
some limited cases when the parts may need to come from Asia and
this can typically take additional days.
Our laptop repair pricing structure is very
open and clear and no work whatsoever is carried out with additional
charges without fully explaining and clearing it first with our
customer. We always look for the most cost effective solution
and aim to provide an optimally priced solution. And all laptop
computers are thoroughly final tested before releasing them following
our repair service.
Although we try our best
to provide to you with the lowest computer repair costs, but if
you decide not to repair your computer, we may offer to buy your
computer.
